We deliver photos within 2 to 3 working days after the shoot. Our goal is for you to receive professionally edited photos quickly so you can use them on Booking.com, Airbnb, your own website and social media as soon as possible.
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally at least 7 days in advance. In high season, dates fill up quickly, but if we have an open slot we can also organize the shoot on shorter notice.
We don't strictly limit the number of photos — our goal is to deliver a complete set that shows the property in the best possible way. As a guideline, we deliver 2 to 3 photos of each room, 1 to 2 of each bathroom, 3 to 4 of the living room and kitchen, and at least 5 exterior shots, depending on the package and the property.
Property preparation is extremely important — cleanliness, tidiness and small details directly affect the final impression in the photos. We recommend that the property be fully prepared before the photographer arrives: clean, tidy, with details arranged and all lights switched on.
We deliver photos in high resolution, ready for use on booking portals, your own websites, listings and communication with agencies. Delivery is sent via a download link.
You may use the photos to rent or sell the property, for publication on portals and to send to agencies for that purpose. The photos may not be given to third-party companies for their own promotion, resold or used outside the agreed purpose without approval. The photos must also not be modified, cropped or branded with another logo without written consent.
If weather conditions don't allow quality exterior and surroundings photography, the date is rescheduled in agreement with the client to the next available slot.
The price depends on the type of property, its size and the chosen package. Contact us for an exact quote — packages can include interior and exterior photography, drone shots, night photography and additional services.
Depending on the package, the service can include interior and exterior photography, professional photo editing, drone photography, night photography, 360 content, video and additional digital solutions for a stronger property presentation.
The price does not include major Photoshop work, complex composites, cleaning, tidying, decorating the property or any other physical preparation work. The property should be fully ready on the day of the shoot.
We primarily work in Istria and Kvarner — including Poreč, Rovinj, Pula, Novigrad, Umag, Vrsar, Funtana, Medulin, Labin, Rabac, Opatija and Rijeka. Other locations are possible by arrangement.
